Terms of Service

Please make sure you read the following information in detail before ordering a commision from me!➠ GENERAL• You must be 18+ to commission me.• Discussions about commissions are only via Discord, whose name and ID is "giahryan" without quotation marks. Please exercise caution.• In case of new situations and moments, I will update my ToS accordingly.

➠ PAYMENT DETAILS• My commissions are only in Euro and via Paypal Invoices.• I work on a 100% prepayment basis and do not offer refunds, except in cases where the order cannot be fulfilled because of a problem on my side.• Chargebacks will be challenged, and you will be blocked, reported and blacklisted.

➠ WORK PROCESS• For my work, I need images of the character and the idea you want me to depict. You do need to think about what you want in advance and, in cases where the reference images are outdated, provide updates with appropriate text and images (for example, “the reference has cat ears, but I changed them to fox ears, 'attached image of the specific ear shape'"). If I am provided with many images, that contradict one another (different hairstyle, different species details, etc) and no additional information, I reserve the right to take an average of them.• You may request updates or progress screenshots at any time, and I'll send them to you as soon as I can. I will also always send them to you at this major stages:
- first sketch,
- final sketch (if there is a lot of changes, since I would want to make sure that we are both on the same page as to what picture will look like. But if changes are minimal, I ussually offer to fix them on the lineart),
- lineart,
- flat colored (may be skipped if we were working a lot together and I am already familiar with the characters colors/patterns/etc).Lineart is the final stage where changes are possible. At the flat coloring stage, I just make sure that I have colored all the details correctly. After finishing rendering, I will be posting the art and sending you the links to the posts.• After each stage, I will request your approval. I will not proceed until I have received written approval as a fact that the work is progressing as we both want it to and there are no changes, problems or anything like that. It also means that if at any point in working with me you stop answering my questions, the work on the drawing will be stopped until I get an answer. I don't finish work without getting approval, even if it's a small detail that I ask about at the stage of full render.• You can ask for a higher resolution (i usually give about 1000x1300, you can ask for up to 2000x2000px) or a version with no background, no text, or any other variations, but only at the point of discussing the work, or at the latest at the lineart stage. My signature will always be on the drawing, no matter what. Variations most likely will result in additional charges, depending on their complexity (e.g., the version with/without clothes).• For commercial use of my illustrations there's additional payment of 100% of the final cost of the commission. After this payment, you get full rights to the images, and the only right I reserve is to use the artwork in my gallery as an example of my work, including in banners and promotional posts. You will be blacklisted from ever doing commissions with me if you ignore this rule.• I don't do private commissions. All the drawings I create will be published on my platforms as part of my portfolio. But I may publish the work at a later date, for an additional fee depending on the time it is not in my gallery. Less than a week - free of charge, further the longer the more, starting from 10%.• Depending on the complexity, a standart drawing can take anywhere from two to eight weeks, and the more details there are (including situations such as a mini-comic with several panels), the more vague the deadline becomes. I will not be able to give a specific deadline date, but I will be sure to notify you if for some reason the drawing may take a little longer. Also, while discussing the work, you may ask for a theoretical completion time, but please keep in mind that it may not be precise.• I'm perfectly fine with all legal kinks, fetishes, and all legal discussions, sfw or nsfw. But, I will only draw the sfw version (i.e., no eroticism) of any ideas that include underage or literal children, or any character that looks like a child/teen.• I reserve the right to refuse work at any time prior to payment without explanation. After I am paid, I will finish the job.

➠ POSTING• I will post the artwork after finishing it on my platforms. I would be very grateful for a reblog/retweet or any equivalent on the relevant platform, as well as for your comments!• You are free to upload commissions to your social media with the correct credit.

Q: Can I commission a piece that includes one or more of your characters, Giahryan?
A: Of course you can! I don't mind it at all, and I'd be very happy to draw them, even in NSFW situations~


Q: Why didn't you reply to my private message to you?
A: There are two possibilities: first, you simply started with ‘hello’ without any context, and I don't know if you're a bot or not. However, if you had written all the information and I still didn't respond... it's possible that I simply didn't notice the message, esp if it's on twitter. I sincerely apologise for this and will try to do better! q.q


Q: Can I order a sfw drawing from you with a mother and child, or a teenage character/child/minor in general?
A: You can do it! I can comfortably draw a small character, a teenager, a child, or anyone like that as long as it's strictly sfw.


Q: Would you be comfortable drawing kink Х?
A: Feel free to ask! Our dialogs are completely confidential, and in the event that a commissioner doesn't feel comfortable revealing their name and/or associating themselves with a certain niche (but legal) kink, I can draw it and only sign it as “drawn for anonymus”. Your comfort is paramount to me, and I'm always happy to try new things!


Q: I paid some other person thinking it was you, but it turned out to be a scammer! What shall I do?
A: I am very sorry that this happened! I try to display links to my real accounts everywhere, but I understand that unfortunately this does not always protect against mistakes. Please keep in mind that I will never ask for transfers for family/friends, and I will never conduct business anywhere other than my Discord, where both my name and ID are giahryan. Just that, no dashes, no _ or double letters.
If this does happen, please report the scammer, and then contact your bank/PayPal for a refund, as unfortunately there is nothing I can really do about it.
Similarly, I will not draw a picture for you that you paid someone else for — unfortunately, it is not my responsibility to return your money, but that of law enforcement agencies.


Q: Why don't you charge extra for backgrounds?
A: Actually, I kind of do! All prices include the cost of backgrounds, but it's actually quite low — 10-15%, unless the bg is really specific, then yes, I may ask for a bit extra. I make backgrounds using a combination of photobashing with my own and free stock photos, 3D models, textures+brushes and that makes creating backgrounds much easier and faster! Besides, just between us, I myself like it much more when a character is in some kind of environment, even something simple like a forest that I sketched with textured brushes, or something like that!
